One of my tasks working with Office Depot® OfficeMax® was to help develop and manage a steady stream of daily content across all of the brand's growing social platforms. By building weekly content calendars that I can relay to designers, I was able to make sure the brand can touch upon all of its deals, sell products and still have fun while incorporating content from outside vendors.

In addition to keeping track of weekly Office Depot® OfficeMax® content, I was also responsible for managing their social community by providing customer service and engaging in friendly, lighthearted banter with customers. My belief is that a brand is an entity that needs to build a certain level of trust with its customers. By engaging with customers on a personal level and using a degree of humor, it's more likely that a customer will develop a higher degree of affinity for that brand. I tried to convey this notion during my community monitoring each day.
