Working with Panasonic, I help write copy for Facebook ads that aim to sell a wide range of consumer electronics products -- TVs, microwaves, irons, beauty and grooming gear, cameras and more.

Often times, Facebook users will see the ads I work on after visiting shop.Panasonic.com or related sites. Those sites are typically planted with a pixel that tracks the users' cookies. By using those cookies, we can retarget our ads to those potential shoppers that visited those sites on Facebook and ensure a higher possibility that they return to the site and shop some more.

In addition to writing ad copy, I also spent some time writing email subjects and preview copy for Panasonic's email marketing efforts. I was constantly challenged to find new and exciting ways to get viewers to open emails while being honest and preventing spam-like outcomes.

Lastly, when I wasn't at the office slinging words for Panasonic's various campaigns, I was on the road at events like CES or SXSW helping the company bolster its B2B messaging through social, YouTube video optimization or general influencer scripting.
