While working at BFG Communications, I had the pleasure of working on ESPOLÒN, one of Campari America's up-and-coming tequila brands. During my time working on ESPOLÒN, I helped the brand reach a number of social media milestones with minimal paid advertising. Such milestones included averaging 357% fan growth across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with a 95% positive sentiment rating.

My job required me to develop monthly content calendars filled with highly engaging social media content that aligns with ESPOLÒN's brand character, fulfilling the brand's mission to "jolt people from the ordinary."

Channeling the brand's trusted mascot, Ramón the Rooster, I had the opportunity to engage directly with ESPOLÒN's consumers while managing the brand's social community. My goal was to build a sense of trust between ESPOLÒN and its audience by entertaining them with the brand's unique sense of ironic humor and social commentary.

Additionally, I created monthly analytic reports using social listening tools to make recommendations to the client for future success.
